Living Like A Local Orlando Edition

He lives where dreams come true.  Although Mickey has Disney World to explore, that is not the only place you and your friends have to go when you’re exploring Orlando, Florida.

I’ve partnered up with Katie from Katie_Eatz to provide you places to eat during your stay.

Best Pizza: Torantore’s Pizzeria

Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine gave Tornatore’s a makeover on the Food Network’s Ambush Episode of Restaurant Impossible, Chef Irvine stressed the importance of making everything served at Tornatore’s from scratch. Not just some things, but everything! Together they developed a new Tornatore’s menu filled with delicious signature dishes, creating the only neighborhood restaurant in College Park with a complete “made from scratch” menu.

Their atmosphere is cozy with our own sexy radio station playing, perfect for a special celebration. And unlike most restaurants, the majority of our tables have a curtain, knee-wall, or booth in between them for some level of privacy. The end result is way more than just desserts, it is an experience designed to provoke the senses though connection.

Now, if you are looking for a place to stay, I defiantly would suggest booking a stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF.

Andy and I had our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF when we visited Orlando, Florida.  I wanted to check out the venue so that I could properly plan for the #SipandMingle Branding Conference and Market.  Boy, was I in for a surprise.

When we first checked into our hotel, you could tell that the staff really enjoyed their job.  We were greeted with a warm smiles and the check in process was smooth.  The location of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF was surrounded by plenty restaurants which not only made it easy to find something to eat but was also walkable, which also made it nice because we were trapped in the truck for several hours.

The special touch that the Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF had was the knowledge the staff had when asking about things to do and places to eat.  You could tell that the staff was given the correct tools to answer any question a guest would have and boy, did I have questions.

Not only was the staff amazing, the night sleep I got during my stay was top notch.  The beds were extremely comfy and there was a desk area where I could do my work if I wanted to take a break from the comfy lifestyle.

I would highly recommend considering booking a stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF because Julie and her staff really try to make your stay feel like home.
