Homeschool Resources K-5

Hey gorgeous mommy! I think you’re doing a great job and please be proud of yourself right now. It’s funny because I’m a 30 year old retired teacher but who knew I had to come out of retirement. Bottomline, I am going a little “off brand” in hopes to be able to help you through this transition time.

Here are some FREE resources

Language Arts

Khan Academy | Free Online Courses, Lessons & Practice

ABCmouse: Educational Games, Books, Puzzles – grade level passages

Little Learners Everywhere has a great FREE printable where you kids can point and use while single along with the song.

Learning Letter Sounds: Learning Letter Sounds | Version 2 | Alphabet Song for Kids | Phonics for Kids

Storyline Online – What an amazing website! Storyline Online is a great site where cool stars like Oprah Winfrey. Plus the videos have animation to go along the story! For sure, check this site out.

Brain Breaks

Teachers Pay Teachers – It’s free to sign up but NOT ALL products are free. There’s so many FREE resources and it’s pretty easy to navigate. On the left side you will be able to filer out your child’s grade level and also hit the word free. That would give you some worksheets to practice with your kids.

You kids toys – You have the tools in your house! No matter what age your child is, don’t hesitate to give them toys to count with. Just have the talk with them that these toys became math helpers and will turn into toys AFTER you are done with your math problems. If there are some you want to get rid of, use those! Wink wink!

I know this is not much but I will keep adding to this list and let you know on Instagram when things are updated. Just wanted to provide something for you to get started! Hope this helps! Share it with friends!

xoxo Mandy Nicole
